According to the Enquirer, Vanessa Minnillo wants to get married to Nick Lachey but if he’s not willing to marry her, she is prepared to walk. It seems like every week there is a new rumor about an impending marriage but nothing has happened yet. Could it be because Vanessa won’t sign a prenup?

‘And she’s not going to get involved in a prenuptial agreement. She feels marriage is forever, and she doesn’t want to begin a lifelong commitment by signing an agreement that’s just an out for a divorce.’

Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo were spotted leaving Opera in Hollywood on Thursday night. Although rather uneventful, a fan did mistaken Vanessa for Britney Spears.
